Before You Write

• Broken download? Tell us which version and what error you saw.
• Install problem? Check our How to Install guide first — most errors (parse error, Play Protect block) are covered there.
• App not working? We don’t develop HiCine, so we can’t fix bugs inside the app — but we can point you to the newest version or an older build from our Old Versions archive.
• Copyright concern? Please use the takedown procedure on our DMCA page.

We usually reply within 2–3 days.
