HiCine APK Old Versions
This archive keeps previous releases of HiCine APK for users whose devices have trouble with the newest version. Old versions exist mainly for compatibility — for example, if the latest release crashes on a very old phone or a specific Android build.
We recommend the latest version (v3.6) whenever possible. Older releases miss out on bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features, and they may stop working with the app’s content servers over time.
Version Archive
| Version | Size | Released | Download |
|---|---|---|---|
| v3.6 (current) | ~112 MB | October 2026 | Download |
| v3.5 | ~112 MB | ~August 2026 | Download v3.5 |
| v3.4 | ~37 MB | ~June 2026 | Download v3.4 |
| v3.3 | ~37 MB | ~April 2026 | Download v3.3 |
Release dates for older versions are approximate, based on when each build became widely available.
How to Downgrade
- Uninstall the current HiCine app from your phone (long-press the icon → Uninstall). Downgrading over the top usually fails, so a clean uninstall is needed.
- Download the older version you want from the table above.
- Follow our How to Install guide to install it — the steps are identical.
Note: uninstalling removes the app’s saved data, such as your watch history and downloads.
When Should You Use an Old Version?
- The latest version crashes or won’t open on your specific device.
- You prefer a previous layout or a feature that changed.
- You are testing something and need a known older build.
If the latest version works on your phone, there is no benefit to staying on an old one.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are old versions safe?
The files in this archive are unmodified releases, same as the current version. The usual sideloading advice applies: download only from this page and keep Play Protect enabled.
Will an old version keep working forever?
Not necessarily. Streaming apps depend on remote servers, and very old builds can lose access to content over time. If an old version stops loading videos, updating to the latest release usually fixes it.
Can I install an old version over the new one?
Usually no — Android blocks downgrades installed over a newer version. Uninstall first, then install the older build.
